What You Can Do Once Logged In
When account features launch with our Pro tier, logging in will unlock several time-saving features for people who generate pay stubs regularly.
Stub History
Every pay stub you generate gets saved automatically to your account. Access any previous stub at any time — re-download it, use it as the basis for a new stub, or share it via a secure link.
This matters most when you're in the middle of a rental application or loan process and suddenly need a stub from three months ago that you didn't save. With history enabled, it's always there.
Saved Employer Profiles
Save your employer's name, address, and EIN so you don't retype them every time. If you generate pay stubs for multiple clients or companies, save each as a separate profile and switch between them with one click.
Small business owners who generate stubs for their employees find this especially useful — set up each employer once, generate stubs for multiple employees without re-entering company information.
Employee Preset Profiles (Pro)
Save employee information including name, address, filing status, and standard deductions. Generating a new stub for an existing employee becomes two clicks: select the employee, enter the gross pay and period dates, generate.
Particularly useful for contractors or gig workers who generate stubs at regular intervals — once your profile is set up, each new stub takes seconds.
Account Settings and Security
Manage your email address, update your password, and control your notification preferences. For Pro subscribers, manage your subscription and billing from the account dashboard.
Your account information is protected with industry-standard security practices. We never store payment card information — that's handled by our payment processor.
